AREV WELLNESS
AREV Health offers two pathways. The Integrated Program is a structured 60-day follow-up conducted jointly by Dr. Mariana and nutritionist Verônica, with 4 consultations, daily support, and continuous monitoring. For those with more specific needs, individual consultations with each professional are also available. The starting point is understanding what makes the most sense for your current situation.
In most follow-up programs, you leave with a prescription and a meal plan. At AREV, the approach goes beyond the physical and nutritional aspects. Dr. Mariana and Verônica work together to understand how you live: your routine, your habits, what's working and what's hindering results. The goal is not just to treat, but to organize and structure so that the change is real and sustainable.
No. We also cater to those seeking increased lean muscle mass, hormonal regulation, improved gut health, more energy and vitality throughout the day, better sleep quality, reduced bloating, healthier skin, prevention, and longevity. If you feel something isn't working well in your body, there's probably a solution here.
If you've tried before and haven't maintained the results, it may be that you lacked exactly what AREV offers: a doctor and a nutritionist working together, with complementary perspectives on your case. What Dr. Mariana identifies clinically guides Verônica's work, and what Verônica observes daily informs clinical decisions. It's a follow-up that engages with you.
When we talk about changes in energy, sleep, and mood, it's possible to see results in the first few weeks. Regarding weight gain, muscle mass, and specific complaints, the most significant results are visible after 2 months.
For the nutrigenetic test, a consultation is not necessary, but along with the test you will have a 30-minute meeting with Dr. Mariana for interpretation of the results. Injectable medications, however, are administered only with a prescription following a medical consultation.
Nutrigenetic testing analyzes DNA to identify predispositions related to metabolism and nutrient response, remaining stable throughout life and useful for personalizing nutritional management. Food hypersensitivity testing, on the other hand, evaluates the immune system's responses to specific foods, reflecting a particular moment in the body's response, which can vary over time.
